All samples are shipped in 8 oz. increments.
| Starting November 1, 2009, through March 31, 2010, all freezable samples will only ship on either Monday or Tuesday unless Pilot is given an account number to ship via 2nd day or overnight. After Tuesday, samples will be held until the following Monday for shipment. |
